My role is to identify and recruit top candidates for the Financial Advisor role in the Saskatchewan Region and contribute to the management functions of the Financial Centre by:
. Recruiting and selecting financial advisors
. Providing sales training for advisors
. Conducting joint fieldwork and mentorship
. Assisting in setting advisor's goals
. Monitoring advisor's performance and growth
. Enhancing advisor learning
. Enhancing Financial Centre culture
. Motivating & inspiring advisors to take their practice to the next levels

I also support a new arts initiative for children called "Creative Kids". SaskCulture Inc. and the Saskatchewan Arts Board have been working with members of the community to develop a provincial initiative designed to reduce financial barriers for children who want to participate in organized arts and cultural activities.

I am an active member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners.
