About Me

I am 24, originally from Wolseley and now living, working and enjoying life in Saskatoon. I am an avid golfer,slopitch fanatic,volleyball player,snowboarder and amateur home chef. I am a proud west side homeowner and love all things real estate.

Work History

During University at the Edwards School of Business, I worked at Suncorp Valutions, a local Saskatoon Appraisal Firm. In addition to building a strong local network, I completed numerous studies on the Saskatoon Real Estate market and kept our sales and lease database up to date. I completed Real Estate classes through the University of British Columbia and acted as an "appraisal assistant" to in house AACI professionals.

Upon graduation I accepted a position at Concorde Group Corp, a Saskatoon based real estate developer where I work as a Real Estate Analyst. My job is different everyday but includes among other duties:

Managing and analyzing our current portfolio of mixed use commercial, industrial and office properties.

Marketing current vacancies to various businesses, brokers and investors by way of traditional marketing campaigns and new online and mobile technologies.

Generating new leads and executing sales for serviced industrial land located in our BizHub Industrial Park development.

Investigating and analyzing any inefficiencies within our portfolio and implementing strategies to correct them moving forward.

Managing and maintaining two websites and databases for our land and building holdings.

Developing business in the local community by taking part in various business groups and forums.

Communicating with various levels of government in regards to zoning regulations, building codes and permitted uses for various developments.
