The SYPE Southwest Chapter is the newest member of the SYPE Provincial Team! Working to bring connections, mentoring, education and networking opportunities to young professionals and entrepreneurs in the Southwest.
SYPE Southwest is dedicated to building and supporting the business environment in the region, driving communication between urban centres, small communities and rural operators, and developing a knowledge base for educating our young people about business and opportunity in our fast growing economy.
Starting from an energetic core group in the summer of 2010, the Southwest Chapter has seen fantastic growth in it's membership and is looking forward to it's first full year of operation in 2011.
At the September press event to invite prospective members to the new Chapter, SYPE Southwest President Ben Beveridge said, “The development of a SYPE Chapter originated from a need for
communication, experience and mentorship for young business owners and professionals in the
Southwest. SYPE provides a connection to successful members of the business community and access to a like minded group of peers from across the province. Our founding Chapter Executive team represents many types of operations from across the region with an energy and drive to build business, provide networking for our members and create opportunity and support to business in the Southwest.

SYPE Southwest holds monthly networking events in Swift Current and communities in the area,
partners with events that contribute to our mandate and develops relationships with business and community leaders. The executive and members of SYPE Southwest encourage anyone with an interest in business to find out what SYPE has to offer.
